Organization

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The board of directors of the non-profit and non-governmental organization HSF is composed of one president, one vice-president, one secretary, one treasurer and twelve administrators. This board is assisted by a Medical Council of eight specialists.

ADVISERS AND ASSOCIATED MEMBERS

• The Governors, the Nominated Governors and every Past Governors of the Rotary districts 1620, 1630 and 2170 ;
• The president of the Belgian Rotary clubs Foundation for cooperation for development;
• The presidents of the International Action from the three districts.

PARTNERSHIPS

HSF is a partner of the European Community for humanitarian actions (ECHO - European Community Humanitarian Office - n° 93/68).

HSF is recognised by the International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva (CICR), as well as by the UN Humanitarian Affairs Department in Geneva (DHA).

STRUCTURE OF THE ORGANIZATION

HSF is a non profit organization registered in Belgium (Association sans but lucratif de droit belge) n° 667 / 93. All the grants paid to HSF are controlled and managed by a notary.

BANK ACCOUNT

N° 000-0000036-36 of the Belgian Post Office's Bank. The grants, exceeding 30 euros, are deductible from the personal taxable income in Belgium.
